1) 1 c silk coconut milk, original

2) 1/2c frozen mango chunks

3) 1/2 of a medium banana, cut into chunks and frozen

4) 2 tbsp. ground flaxseed


Put some frozen fruit in a blender. Add some coconut milk, then sprinkle ground flaxseed into and blend. If mixture looks too thick, then add some more coconut milk, water or fruit juice to make it thin.

  • 1/3 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and add an extra splash of milk if necessary.

  • 2 mangos
  • ½ cup of canned peaches
