  • ¼ of a frozen banana
  • ½ of an Apple with peel, quartered and seeded
  • Half a cup of almond milk (or other dairy-free milk), unsweetened
  • One teaspoon of flaxseed oil
  • One Scoop of plant-based protein powder
  • Three dashes of ground cinnamon

How to make it: 

Blend all the ingredients together. You may need to add some water to thin the smoothie.
