Banana-Strawberry Heaven

You will need:

2 cups Fresh Strawberries, washed
1 medium Banana, frozen
½ cup Greek Yogurt
½ cup Green Tea, chilled (made with 1 tea bags or 1 tsp of loose tea)
4 tbsp Flax seed
2 tbsp Honey

How to make it: 
Put all the ingredients together and blend until smooth and creamy.
Take a deep breath and enjoy your smoothie immediately!

Pineapple and Strawberry Harmony

You will need:

1 Cup Water
1 Cup Oat Milk (or any other dairy free milk e.g. rice, soya, almond, hemp coconut drink or raw nut or seed milk)
1 Cup strawberries
1 Cup pineapple
1 Cup Oats (use raw oat groats if following a raw food diet)
2 Tablespoons pumpkin seeds
2 Tablespoon of healthy sweetener (such as agave nectar or maple syrup)
2 sticks of celery

How to make it:

Blend the ingredients following the order in the “You will need” list. Do it in parts – make sure that your blender is coping with the task. If the drink happened to be too think then pour some water in it and mix it again. Drink immediately.

Herbal Melonade

You will need:

3 cups chopped seedless watermelon, chilled
1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
1 lemon, peeled and seeded
1½ tsp finely chopped rosemary
½ c frozen pineapple (Using fresh pineapple? Here’s the easiest way to cut a pineapple.)
¼ cups frozen strawberries

How to make it:

Blend all of the ingredients together, until smooth and creamy and drink promptly.

You will need:

1 cup strawberries
1 mango – peeled, pitted and chopped
1 banana
1 cup Greek yogurt 0%
1 tablespoons flax seed meal
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 handfuls of ice
2 teaspoons chia seeds

How to make it:

Put together mango, berries, banana, ginger, yogurt, flax, and cinnamon. Blend it well at the highest speed. Add some ice and blend again. When it’s smooth dress with chia seeds before serving.

Green and Sweet Smoothie Gem

You will need:

2 cups kale, stripped from stem & washed
1 cup strawberries, frozen
½ cup yogurt
½ cup 1% milk
3-4 teaspoons honey

How to make it:

Mix in the milk, kale, yogurt, strawberries and honey. Blend until smooth. Taste and drink. Or add more honey if needed. And don’t forget to smile ☺
