Avocado is a perfect supplier of healthy fats that we need in order to maintain our skin young and beautiful. Green Hot Chili Smoothie

You will need:
1 cup water
1/2 avocado (can substitute a banana)
1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, we prefer organic!
1 tablespoon honey (can substitute stevia or maple syrup)
The Add-ons
1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
1 tablespoon cacao powder

How to make it: 
Put all of the ingredients into your blender, process until nice and smooth approximately for 30-45 seconds. Drink immediately.

Mr. Super Green

You will need:
1 avocado, pitted
1 cup fresh spinach
1 large ripe banana
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 cup milk
Handful of ice cubes

How to make it: 
Blend all ingredients in a blender on high speed until very smooth. And enjoy your drink.

Mango Avocado Vitamin Madness

You will need:
1 cup green tea
1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
1/2 medium avocado
1 cup spinach
1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
A dash of sea salt
Little bit of honey

How to make it: 
Blend all the ingredients together and serve immediately. Add the sweetener at your choice (organic honey or stevia) if needed.

Emerald Vitamin Bomb Smoothie

You will need:
1 1/2 cups apple juice
2 cups stemmed and chopped spinach or kale
1 apple—unpeeled, cored and chopped
1/2 avocado, chopped

How to make it: 
Put together the apple juice, spinach, apple, and avocado and blend it until smooth. If come out too thick pour some water for your preferred consistency.
