1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blackberries
2–3 Medjool dates
How to make it:
Blend ingredients until smooth and tasty. Enjoy cold in a glass.
