How to make it:

Spinach, Pear and Kale Smoothie Weight Loss Recipe

You will need:

  • 1  cup chopped kale leaves
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 pear
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 1/2 cups cold almond milk (or soy milk or orange juice)

How to make it:

Combine, spinach, kale, and milk in blender and process until all leaves are shredded into smallest bits and pieces. Then add honey, pear, and banana and continue blending until smooth. Serve immediately.
